I would think this would be very easy - charges and something else - but it doesn't seem to be. Recoverable charges says they can normally be recovered only out of combat, which is too soon, really. Then buy an END reserve with enough END to change once and enough Recovery to recover in an hour. Let's say 400 point forms (80 points) with 16 forms (20 points) = 100 AP. Costs END to switch -1/2 67 real points. 10 END Reserve (3 points - rounded up), 1 REC once per 6 minutes (1 point).
