Ragitsu
Re: Ctrl+V 20-25 Wonton wrappers MIXTURE -> 2-3 cups Imitation crab meat, or crab meat in can, or fresh crab meat (your choice). 1 package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1-2 teaspoon Black pepper 1 Green onion (chopped) 1-2 Thai spur chilies (optional) 1/4 cup Minced walnut (optional). 1 teaspoon Salt. 1 Beaten egg. 4 Cups cooking oil for deep frying. Note: Do not set your oil temperature too high, or it will fry and burn the wonton skin too quickly. * Set oil temperature at 320-340 degrees, and deep fry until golden brown. --- Crab Rangoon Recipe Makes 20 servings 1 brick (8 oz) Kraft Philadelphia Regular Cream Cheese, at room temperature 2 oz crab meat or 2 sticks imitation crab meat (finely diced) 1 tablespoon powdered sugar Pinch of salt 20 wonton wrappers Oil, for deep frying Mix all the cream cheese, crab meat, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Stir to blend well. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper. Fold the two ends of the wonton wrapper together. Fold the other two ends to make a tiny parcel. Pinch to seal tight and make sure that there is no leakage. Use a little water to help sealing if needed. Heat up a pot of oil for deep-frying and fry the crab rangoon until golden brown. Dish out with a strainer or slotted spoon, draining the excess oil by laying the crab rangoon on a dish lined with paper towels. Let the crab rangoon cools down a bit before serving them with sweet and sour sauce.

Clonus
Re: Ctrl+V [h=2]The Dream Thief[/h]Publisher : Medallion PressAuthor : Helen A. Rosburg Category : FICTION > Fantasy > Historical Someone is murdering young, beautiful women in mid-sixteenth century Venice. Even the most formidable walls of the grandest villas cannot keep him out, for he steals into his victims' dreams. Holding his chosen prey captive in the night, he seduces them to death. Now Pina's cousin, Valeria, is found dead, her lovely body ravished. It is the final straw for Pina's overbearing fiance', Antonio, and he orders her confined within the walls of her mother's opulent villa on Venice's Grand Canal. It is a blow not only to Pina, but to the poor and downtrodden in the city's ghettos, to whom Pina has been an angel of charity and mercy. But Pina does not chafe long in her lavish prison, for soon she too begins to show symptoms of the midnight visitations; a waxen pallor and overwhelming lethargy. Fearing for her daughter's life, Pina's mother removes her from the city to their estate in the country. Still, Pina is not safe. For Antonio's wealth and his family's power enable him to hide a deadly secret. And the murderer manages to find his intended victim. Not to steal into her dreams and steal away her life, however, but to save her. And to find his own salvation in the arms of the only woman who has ever shown him love.
