I've felt for along time that Vehicle, followers, & bases should be folded into one perk, that would allow the x2 for +5 So you could have The Fox Sidekick Fox Buttler Fox mobile and Foxcave for +10 Under most cirumstances that would work. The biggest problem I've had to work with is where a character has his own base or vehicle and the group has one too. Showing how a number of house rules can add up, because for the most part my teams just buy a member perk (1-10 points depending), that covers there base and basic vehicle needs (Look at the role of an avengers quinjet or Watchtower in most comics...)
