Xavier Onassiss
I'm working on a 6E write up for a hand-held grenade launcher (or an under-barrel add-on), and I'm not sure what level of Indirect advantage it should have. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on this?
Hyper-Man
Re: Grenade Launchers: what level of Indirect Advantage I'd build indirect-fired (lobbed) attacks with the +1/4 level of Indirect. The other option would be to house-rule that indirect-fire is really just a form of bouncing an attack (that requires 1 CSL) as it has no way of getting past an englobing Force Wall or Barrier. Matt the Bruins
Re: Grenade Launchers: what level of Indirect Advantage I'd probably use the same level as appears in the Portable Mortar sample write-up in 6E1 p337. You might not use the exact same trajectory every time, but the path is always going to be a simple arc that puts the grenade down at your target point.
