My understanding from many forums has always been 'no'. Also, what would you rate this limitation for a Drain as: "Only lasts 1 attack phase" I'm sure it's more than -1/4 Probably, although it would depend on the size of the Drain. A small Drain would fade relatively quickly anyways (maybe a -1/2 Limitation), with larger Drains getting a larger Limitation.
