Effect of Flash on Sense of Touch

I was sure I remembered 5ER rules for what the in-game effect of Flashing the sense of Touch, but my search-fu is weak. Some sort of combat penalty from "numbness" seems logical, but does anyone know where and what the official rule is?

6E2 9 has the follwign rules:

-3 or more to DEX base Skills, OCV in HTH (and propably firearms as well), and "any other activities requiring dexterous action".

The character still feels pain, but the GM might apply the mystery damage rule.

Thanks, that's at least a starting point. Do you know if a similar rule exists for 5ER?

Only have the 5E Character creation handbook. It omits anything in that area of the rules.

Pretty much as Christopher said for 5th rev (which hopefully is the same as 5th ). In 5th rev its found on pages 351-352. It still doesn't make you immune from pain or reduce damage.
