Cassandra
Most of the Villains are normals, who rely on tricks and traps to capture the heroes. They usually have a female follower (for the men), and 4 to 8 thugs. Any heroes in this campaign would have a weakness that would make them instantly helpless. Superman would have kryptonite, Green Lantern would have the color yellow, and so fourth. Wonder Woman's weakness in the era, having her bracelets chained together by a man would be a little kinky for the 1960s, but then again the Batman TV Series pushed the envelope in a could of cases. steriaca
True, but it rairly happens on the show that a gueststar is given more than one role in the history of the show. The only example I can think of is the actress who played both Marsha, Queen Of Diamonds, and Ouga, The Corsak Queen (whose evil beloved happens to be Egghead, by the way). Name: The Terrible Trio (Fox, Shark, and Vulture). Played By: The Three Stooges (Moe is Fox, Curly Joe is Shark, and Larry is Vulture). Story: Batman, Robin, and Batgirl must solve a series of roberies based on land, air, and sea.
Nothere
Actually Jean Hale was in the show. But only as the Mad Hatters henchwoman, so a villan upgrade would work.

And have him played by Tor Johnson
kahuna's bro
he could also be a reverse engineer as steriaca suggested
steriaca
Humm... good casting. Tor Jonson is perfect. Nursery Rhymes are the perfect theam for him. And reverse engineering is simply a skill set he can do (not a theam for crimes, but a way to comit crime).
