Blast, Seal, Protection and Diminish. I can guess as to what the first three can do (though I won't shy from any explainations ). But Diminsh I have no real clue. DIMINISH (1): Reduces one of the target’s characteristics by 1 per level. PROTECTION (1): Adds 1 point of armor value per level against physical attacks. JasonPacker Posted March 20, 2015 Report Share Posted March 20, 2015 One added bit - in BRP, Size is a characteristic which can be Diminished as well, so you may need to stat it up as a small multipower with Drain being used for characteristics that map from BRP, and Shrinking UAA as an alternate.
