    Hi there Steve and all the staff and fans

     

    You know what ?

    Usually I don't o such demands but...

    What about to include a small chapter to make the link between the Empress Empire and the "old" realities from precedent Champions Settings ?

    In my mind, it exactly means : a link to Champions : the New Millenium *winks* I'd enjoy to have a good hook about it. Maybe something in link with the Gate Keys powers and such ?

     

    Was this world invaded ? Spyed on ? AS we can see all edition as possible dimensions of the cosmverse...

     

    Speaking about it, it could be a nice thing to have few sample of targets that the Empress will attempt to conquer, preparing her force for them, and the reason why she didn't try yet...

    1 - A high Comeliness

    2 - A skimpy/sexy/seductive/provocative costume (choose option(s))

    3 - Silky hairs

    4 - an attitude and some sex appeal, humour and good manners

    5 - A huge desire to be famous in some way

    6 - Any kind of powers as long as it doesn't get amongst the precedent points

    Hello there.

     

    What I need to know what maybe (certainly ?) already talked about somewhere, but I didn't find where in the forum, and I'm blonde enough this morning to not find it.

     

    I bought the 6th Edition two years ago and I'm happy about it.

    I possess most of the Ultimate 5th Ed books too, to help me with system and ideas, as technics is not my strength, and I use the old setting of Champions : the New Millenium.

     

    I'm tough willing to make it evolve somehow, mixing some of the new 6th Ed setting with it.

    I read with interest that a Book of the Empress is on the road to be edited, talking about the Lady Ishva'thavan (sorry for the ortographic errors if any)

     

    That and other thingsn the C:NM setting been not very detailled in some parts.

     

     

    So, my question is : is there a link to see what are the 6th Ed new edited books buyable on the net ? My blondness wasn't able to do that either, so I start to wonder if I''ve not been touched by a pranky mentalist...

     

    And then, are my Ultimate books still mostly usable and for how long ?

    Ok guys, I tried to resist but I have to give my point about use of Comeliness/Straiking Appearance in RPG.

     

    AS a player, I tend to make my characters as beautiful as possible, just because I use to...

    But behind the pleasure of playing a beautiful character, there is a reality.

     

    I am known in RL to be a real cutie, tough not a beautiful (ie model like ) woman. And I have no shame to say I use it when I wish or need to.

     

    And when you talk about beautiful people, you are really into a Striking Appearance setting, BECAUSE physical beauty doesn't give you only easiness to charm persons. It is a real tool to impress or intimidate person that don't know you.

     

    How many girl/friends of mine that were beautiful ever pestered because no guy were brave enough to flirt with them.

    been beautiful is that too : you can be intimidating because you make normal people feel less than they are. Sad, but real.

    So, Attractiveness is largely PART of a character, and not only for romantic settings.

     

    On the other hand, Striking Appearance could be used on the negative part too, to make a character really ugly and give him bonus on Intimidation/Fear and such.

     

    And then there is this other thing : when you are beautiful, people of your gender usually dislike you. The bonus come then as a malus.

     

    I'll add that been naturally beautiful works on your moods and personality : the world you live in isn't the same than for normal people. You have far more success that an average guy, and it can mke you become really a bitch or a lonely person, because beauty is a real Difference too.

    It's a twisted idea , and I like it.

    It makes me imagine a new kind of superheroine, named "Bliss" , Impulse or "Excite", that would be a mutant with latent adaptive power, which organism adaptated to the symbiote, tough been affected by the whole effects of it. I imagine her been able to blast vital energy and drain people from it, with an appetite of life and such.

     

    You have a good idea indeed for a campaign I think.

    Btw, do you need an empty Character Sheet or the characters that were described in Superbabes ?

     

    For instance Matt, you might enjoy to try and find the whole rulebook, as the basic abilities were described enough to make them sensitive ; for example : COMELINESS is a Major ability, as It can make you tougher or more fragile...

    Been a superwoman as a GameMistress, does that mean YOU SUGGEST I'm less attractive myself been a 6th Ed Hero Games system Gamemistress ? *shrugs and calls her minions*...

     

    Now that you comment the Appearance of superheroine, here is my opinion :

    In comics all superwomen are hotties because they are dressed with spandex or latex;

     

    And you CAN'T permit yourself to have ugly bulges or fat when you do wear such costumes.

    So yes Superwomen DO PRACTICE alot of sport.

    For a good example of what could happen after the few first supers appears in a normal world, I suggest you all try to get the Aberrant rpg background...

     

    to summerize :

    fear, hope, economical crash, politics reversal, military control of the medias and such.. and so on...
