Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Conquistador represents the Legion in South and Central America. Though he personally pilots a suit of powered armor, his main strength is his mastery of genetic engineering. He creates legions of genetically engineered soldiers in his compound in the Amazon. He is often found wandering in the jungle in search of some new sort of frog or shrub. He is surprisingly popular with the locals, and is often told by them about potentially valuable plants or animals. All who oppose him will have to face his deadly Leotoads.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Richard Johnston always had an affinity for cats. He was well-known to the police as an incompetent burglar. Once, when he was caught by police leaving someone's house with a sack full of their valuables, he violently resisted arrest. As he struggled against the police, they were attacked by a vast herd of cats! Johnston found that the cats would obey him, and they finished off the police. Now known as Ulthar, Johnston uses his power of herding murderous cats to commit crimes.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Fire Dragon is a man possessed by a fire demon from the Netherworld. He can project fire and transform into a monstrous form. He was sent to expand his infernal masters' dominions by hunting down and killing wrongdoers, who then wind up in the Netherworld dominions of his masters. He will kill anyone who has done sufficient wrong to be condemned to the Netherworld, even if they have committed no criminal acts.

Re: Fantasy Economies: How closely should we examine them? One reason would be to arm minions, if they are the sort of wizard who has warrior minions.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Conductor represents orange. In a laboratory accident, he was doused in a copper-like, liquid room temperature superconductor. It bonded into his skin, and now he has the power to conduct energy from attacks into boosting the powers of his teammates. New team: The Draconians Five superhuman vigilantes who seek to punish all criminals. However, they subscribe to the philosophy of Draco; that any crime should be punished by death.

Otherwise, they're normal D&D elves His dwarves, on the other hand, worship trees and hate axes because of their association with cutting down trees. They, for no other reason than a refusal on the GM's part to accept fantasy-race stereotypes, are customarily clean-shaven and never drink alcohol.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Representing blue is Jay, a teleporting assassin. His costume resembles a blue jay of some variety. When teleporting, he is perceeded by a swirl of blue energy, out of which he steps.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Sceloporus is the "dragon" of Dragon Transport. He's a hybrid of human, bat, and Western Fence Lizard. He has wings instead of arms, and is a flying speedster.
