I think that the write-up you recall was in the Bestiary. I know it's in the 6th Ed. version, and it may be in the 5th - should be back with the 'Terminator robots' and such.

Bingo! Thank you very much!  It was driving me crazy because I was checking ALL the conventional source books and adventures.  Either I hadn't thought of the Bestiary (I mean, beastly animals, sure, but people?) or missed it in the table of contents because it wasn't in the early alphabetical listing.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hmm, this is very similar to an idea I had for my campaign.  Time to recombobulate NPCs.

I'm looking for a low-level villain/enemy called "The Slasher."  I'm not sure what book he's in, but I'm fairly certain it's a 5E book.  (The only 6E book I have is Book of the Empress, and I don't think he's in any of the 4th Ed books.)  His appearance is in a pseudo-tattered opera costume, complete with full-faced porcelain mask (or so it seems).  I'm fairly certain he's under 300 character points, possibly even less than 250, but since it's been so long since I've read up on him, I may be recalling incorrectly.

If anyone could find the book and page #, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Thank you for your time.

If the villains just want to capture you, they'll be 10x as accurate as when trying to kill you.

The training room is just a training room, especially when your team lacks teamwork. Don't over-analyze it.

These seem very intriguing.  I'd be interested in them.  I've been looking forward to playing either a DC:TAS Scarlet or CU:NotW Duke Steel for a while.  I'll have to do a longer post when I have more time and less family around.

Sounds awesome! I would love to be able to do that, creating possibly a 700, a 450 and 350 character. Great idea!
