Re: Longest Running Thread EVER What, for Josh's game? I didn't come up with it. That was all Kern. I WISH I'd thought of it. I've considered taking Tactics for my character, but then I realized I'd be stepping all over his toes, if I did that. So I'll just up her intelligence and presence, make her more of a non-combat leader type. And we'll just see how that goes.

Re: A Thread for Random Musings Possibly my favorite song in the whole wide world is also likely the strangest. It's called "Komm, Susser Todd," which is German for "Come, Sweet Death." It's a Japanese song, but sung entirely in English. It's played at the end of the End of Evangelion movie. Here, have some lyrics: Now imagine that sung to a mid-tempo pop tune, and you get the basic idea. It really has to be heard to be believed.

Re: I Give Up!!!!!!!!!!!!! O v O I would've slapped the guy before walking out of his game. That's NOT the kind of thing you spring on a character in the middle of a game. And a good slap upside the head may have done him some good. Aw, what am I saying? There is no cure, for SOME people. Ugh.

Eosin posts at work. The only exception is our newest player, who writes for a newspaper. She said, "Alas, news just refuses to happen in the newsroom. And we have a room for it and everything!"

Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Yikes. I saw something about cutting a taut cable. Are you okay? Those things are DANGEROUS. I got a nasty, deep cut from a snapped cable once. I don't remember what I was doing near it, but that HURT. It's like a whip.
