The Fandom Meance Gets Killjoy and Army by creating a device that allows him to bring movie villains into the world and there armies. So he bring all the  troopers with there guns into the world to fallow Killjoy and the Fandom Meance gets him self a real light saber at the same time. 

Killjoy creates a joke so funny it kills people and they rob whole banks using that joke

I really wish I could find a game. So far I check roll20 and the Hero Central and nothing. 

For me I see his powers as part of who he is so he teleports to places normally.

He has physics because he was studying his powers and noticed he can manipulate space so he was learning it to help him figured some stuff out. 

For me when I made him the reason his normal stats were so low was because he is not some one who trained every day to be a hero. He wanted to be but he was not on the level of a high end slight of hand artist with dex. His con was lower because he has a average body right now not the one of an elite soldier. 

For me I tried to use the number to line up with what he was like not to put him max. 

So for dex he was a skilled as maybe a Pickpocket. his intelligence was really high because hes smart. He works now for his friend who runs a small company called Odd Jobs Custom Tech. He helps them build code and other things they sell building custom hardware. 

His OCV/OCD was low because he is still learning to hit targets and become more accurate. 

I'm more about RPing stuff then just numbers. with his stats being 20 dex,20 con that means he worked out every day till he got the powers. He did not. I mean the only reason now I can think that his dex and con are so high as well as his OCV and DCV is the result of his powers. That it made him better able to move and made his body stronger through the trauma. 

His teleport power it so he would not have to be late to work when he is done fighting crime he can pop home change shower and pop into work. The negatives for the long range teleport I can work with he has to take some extra time to jump a far distance. his SPD i think I will chalk up to his new powers 

for me I try to use the numbers to explain stuff in RP not Oh he needs these points to survive this or hit that. 

I played that I was one of the first players. Scrap Metal. I have become interested in the pen and paper game more.

No I read the champions universe and beyond books. They are really awesome. I like how they cover who was the first conformable  hero was the black mask. It goes over everything. It even talks about a few laws in world that governments created for supers. How they handle supers just going into other country's. I like how It seems like Dr. Destoryer is so evil even after he died he came back from hell using his super intelligence to learn magic. It also talks about super hero night clubs and vacations spots and stuff and hero's in the media which I think is interesting. Its really interesting and awesome. If you have not read it read it. I could not put it down. 

I would love to play in a game were I could see these places. 

Thats true. I was just going by what was in the cannon of champions. 

The Evil killjoy and the fandom menace create a new drug that makes people so happy they stop doing anything and die. Sanity Claws is used to force the gangs to sell it. They collect the profit. 

Also you could have the 3 hack into the stock market and manipulate the prices. OOOO here is one. The 3 create a radio broadcast that anyone who hears it goes insane and starts killing people around them like zombies. They threaten to release the signal on the city unless they are given 300 billion dollars. Even if the heroes find the thing the heroes don't know is they have already hidden the broad cast device in the city with Sanity Claws and they must find him the defeat him to stop the broad cast. The problem is the signal is effecting him also and make him even stronger the normal

Here is another one. Killjoy and The Fandom Meance steal a copy of a big movie about to come out and plans on spoiling for the whole world. 

Here is another one Killjoy plans out a great plan to take over the city that has to do with bringing all the Electronics in the city to life. 

Sanity Claws, Killjoy and Fandom Menace, Create a computer program that infects every electronic device in the city. This virus is given the personality matrix of all 3 of them. The virus plans on crashing sat lights from space into the city. As the real 3 use this as a cover to steal from federal reserve. 

OOO another idea I have is. Killjoy plans with the help of the Fandom Meance starts a gang war in the city. They use this cover for something more evil. They are going to hit a city lab and steal an antimatter device. This antimatter will power a device that will power an army of clown solders. Here is the catch they are using wireless energy to power there weapons. By destroying the device the heros would destroy the one piece of wireless energy transfer in the world.

lol some one i know told me that with the spatial manipulation power my character might draw attention from some one called the empress of a billion worlds or something. 

I saw that you left one point left that could be used 

Also I did not notice what bureaucratics was useful for so I made it an Everyman Skill

what do you use that for ?

I had more space to add Aportation to the power and to bring his long distance teleport for no combat to 10km

his Aportation is 10km also so he can drop an enemy from 6 miles up or my personal favorite scare an enemy by dropping him from that high and then teleporting him just before he hits the ground back to his feet.  

Also I really like the curious complication. I can see he like that it lends well to the nature of his power. He can explore and see things now. I hope if he survives long enough i want to get him a power called 'felling the turn of the universe" it would allow him to feel when something really bad is going on out there. 

hmmm would 1km be enough to cause lots of damage from a drop or scare some one ? if so I will lower it

also still need a name. So hard to think of one. I was thinking about going with 

Aeon (because space goes on forever)

Question. if i use his Hat Trick Power to lets say pull out a sword or bat or something how do I go about making it in hero designer ?

Yea thinking bout it I think it would fit more for him to learn to remote teleport (Aportation) others as his ability get stronger hmmm or replace spatial cutting with it. hmmm thinking

just gotta add the remote teleportation attack. I enjoy the idea of teleporting some one a mile up and letting them hit the ground lol 

or I guess that is something he could learn later. 

only other thing is he can't use spatial targeting and any of his other attacks at the same time. hmmm unless I can just use to help me when he gets stronger. how much 

hmm might add the complication from his job.
