Re: little man big sword The same package deal that gives the +DCV should include the Phys Lim: Small, which will of course cover this problem and keep him from reaching the lightswitch in the human's house without jumping. Then if he thinks he doesnt want to play a little person anymore, let him re-write his character. Then you'll see where his priorities lie.

Re: New Power: Adjustment Reserve The time I can see this new power being more powerful than standard adjustment powers is when applied to a framework slot. Unless you have to boost the entire framework like you do with aid, a character can buy a ton of cheap magical spells in a multipower, then use the pool as a 'mana reserve' to add an extra 20-30 active points on to each spell, instead of dumping twice the number of points into an aid used to mimic the same ability

Re: Power levels of PCs and NPCs As the GM points aren't really your concern except as they apply to your PC's character creation. For balance's sake, definately pay more attention to DC's vs. Defences, especially since you are just introducing the system. Unless you have built the characters for your players, it's unlikely that their 150 pt characters will stand up to the same sort of punishment as the builds of more seasoned players. In the end, I say figure the total points if you want to show the players a write-up, and dont bother if you arent concerned with them seeing it.
