Re: DEX levels in your campaign. In the evening, Sundogs Kingdom City campaign includes DEX scores as Low as 16, with my character, The Specter, ranging from 18-33, depending on the situation. I'm not as sure as everyone elses DEX scores, but as The Specter is on public record as team leader, I guess I need to find out. __________________ The reasoning was that DEX covered agility, co-ordinartion and reflexes (it determines initiative afterall), so unless you had a very good reason, you needed to be DEXtrous to be able to act so often in a turn without tripping over yourself. It never really turned out to be an issue, but it's a rule that I've adopted for my own campaigns Weldun ___________ In answer to the first Felicity did have 16 Dex. During the period of dormancy in stasis, her body took the opportunity to upgrade. She is now being hit with your second point as she attempts to adjust to the new reaction time and hand/eye co-ordination. Not good on a flyer.

My character has megascale flight. Megascale sight allows you to see way ahead but not up close. What arc of perc does it give you? So what happens if something else fast comes at after you have looked past the point where it is going to be? Planes, missiles, other flyers. So how do I splat proof the character against inadvertant move throughs/bys? PD is out, no way can I afford 250PD to cover 1" =1km. Let alone the 1"=100km that I have. I thought to ripoff... sorry, paraphrase one of the speedster abilities in the random character generator. Desolidification - only to avoid collisions in flight( possibly falling as well, our party seems to fall a lot) ______ Having read the post preview, I can safely say that, that is as coherant as mine normally are.

Re: UNTIL Super Powers Database I & II are darned useful My GM is still regretting letting me write up my first character using the USPD1(Felicity- which means being happy- not lucky) since I stopped at the Luck chapter. First off bought 6d6 of luck,then found the +8 bonus to DCV due to luck. He did however, have a lot of fun with her "Enviro Mayhem" ability.(Frequently, since it was her only attack for quite a while.) He got to use the escaping wrecking ball on Grond. Thank you to whatever warped individual thought up that one.

Lets seem, first she forgot about the effect of strong light behind a thin white dress. Then she got soaked. And FINALLY, remembered the two things to avoid while wearing what she was wearing. Comment "Oops, I forgot about that." Her dress is now sky blue. ________ While in NORAD - Cheyenne Mountain, a party member asks how to get to the hangar. Without thinking (or remembering the people standing around her, including the Golden Avenger) gives him accurate directions. Next visit there, with a clone of her to rescue her(I had the clone). Tells off one of the staff members for not changing his computer password often enough. Points to another NPC and says" He changes his every week" Telios had decided to collect the whole set, (we still don't know if he was responsible for them in the first place- the clone arranger.) Glowing ball of energy - Orca sees it and dives in. ( The second time he has done this sort of thing.) He and Felicity now both have 200 sets of FEMALE memories. ____ Miss Chaos (Not Ms) - Cast Chaos of the Senses on leader of "baddies"- Flash- sight/hearing/touch/taste/hearing/mental/radio. Made it past flash disad - 3 autofire shots later from 3 other baddies, Miss Chaos is -201 stun (after armour) , no body damage. End of first segment 12.

Just remember when you answe that I have No Turn Mode on my flight but it doesn't say that passengers turn as well.

What does entangle stop you from doing? What are you allowed to do while entangled? What happens if you try to use an energy blast while entangled? or worse an explosive energy blast? If it stops you from using energy blasts, effectively making them require the gestures limitations,why is it so cheap?
