Re: Make Your Own Motivational Poster Thank you for the advice! Since I work with so many Japanese, I tend to get a fair amount of help, but it tends to be very business-centric and of course time constraints and getting work done interfere as well, so The Rose may prove to be a useful asset.

Re: Make Your Own Motivational Poster Yeah, me too. I'm actually in the process of learning Japanese for work. I work for a Japanese company, and while it isn't required to speak Japanese, it would make my life a lot easier if I did.
