When you do Deathstroke, be careful. Requim (Dearhsinger) and Frost (Chiller) are already in the 6ed (Villain Volume 2: Group Enimies). Everyone else is offically dead.
I thought Death Commando was still around.

Black Harlequin will be pleased. :-)

Change Environment is a good option. Limited effectiveness in darkness or anti radiant fields (if there is such a concept).

Which version of Deathstroke are you going to do, the one from the old module or from Champions Universe 4th Ed. ?

"No man is a sinister brooding presence to his mother"
Unless you're Norman Bates.

If your roommate is a supervillain, make sure he pays his share of the rent before trying to take over the world. Otherwise you are stuck with the bill when he goes to jail again.

I would use mental defense to add to str or ego to try and break free.

If your powers only last for so long, then take a long time to recharge, chances are your going to be forced to use them offen and early. Just look at Wild Tiger (all physical stats boosted by 100 for five minutes, then takes a full hour to recharge).
WT should stop guzzling energy drinks.

What about adding the Incantation limitation on some of the spells?

I love it. Altas Unleashed was one of my favs of 4th ed, that and Zodiac as my own character, Ultimus left Team Force (come on, we were hitting puberty at the time and didn't know any better about naming names.) and helped Prometheus alongside Unicorn, Polarity and Uberman dealing with getting rid of the remaining Atlas members and helping out in Rwanda and Bosnia by providing aid to refugees.

Flare is more tri-sexual which means she'll try anything sexual at least once.

Yes like the Jonas Brothers, the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the block.

As I mentioned, I've only featured them in my games a few times. Mostly they're background noise - a news item here or there, mostly for comic relief.
However, I am starting a new Champions campaign. One of the (female) PCs is in a band, and another one owns a bar/night club where that band frequently performs. All of the NPC members of the band have (relatively minor) powers. So you can bet Road Kill is going to put in an appearance, purely to be irritating. (cracks knuckles) Looks like I need to write some more Road Kill lyrics. How does You Make Me Wanna Hurl sound as a song title? Or how about Bite Me, You Skank? (Yeah, I know those both sound punk rather than heavy metal. See my prior comment on Road Kill not even getting the concept of heavy metal right.)
Many thanks, rjd59, for updating them. I'll likely make changes so they can more properly irritate my players, but even so this saves me a ton of work.
Just rip off Disturbed's Stupify or System of a down's Chop Suey.

No wonder l liked The Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom way better than anything Disney cranks out nowadays.

What I meant was if someone might accidentally get the materials then it may or not mean said items still have power. I do like what I read of the Ubantu setting which enhances the books I got about the D20 Nyambe setting. But surely many if not most who might know about items meant for witchcraft will know better than:
1. Sell such things to those would use them for good or evil.
2. Get rid of such said items asap to avoid the attentions of the shamans/witch doctors as well as becoming associated with said magic users.
This enforces the point that unlike many campaigns, here one cannot just find a store where magical components can easily be found even in more heavily populated towns although there might be shops that sells fake items for the rare traveller.

I agree with Greywind. Its more GM's fait than any kind of house rule you can ever leave to the chance of the dice esp. the ones the players can see as well.

I just checked my Enemies books and the villain was really Steel (not Death) Commando. My bad.
