When DC restarted the Blue Beetle, they based him out of Chicago instead of his native Hub City. This appealed to Tracy Karr. She loved that her city had a hero that lived there and protected it. When she discovered the Book of Atum Re and recreated the Scarab of the Sun, she decided that she should be a real Blue Beetle. DC was not amused and ordered her to cease and desist using the Blue Beetle name. 
 
She took on the name Solar Scarab, but some still call her Fangirl

The Texas Stranger
 
Hailing from Mother Russia this member of the group tends to wear a trenchcoat, cowboy hat and wield six shooters. The Texas Rangers do not like her as she has shot guns out of their hands and can perform a lot of trick shots bouncing bullets off surfaces to hit a target from another angle. She can and has killed people but only where there is no other alternative. She is the security expert of the group and can get around computer systems although she is not a hacker per se. She understands English, speaks Russian and seems to have a grasp of Arabic at a basic level. She is also well versed in the lore of the Texas Rangers who she often imitates which lead to her moniker

Carol Hardy is the destructive villain know as Lens. She magnifies flaws in material until the material breaks under the stress of her regard
CES 

Big Blam Pam
 
This member of the group uses energy to devastating effect. She cannot fly but can call down bolts of energy which damage and destroy people and buildings. She has been given some help in control and focus by Desert Wind and so tends to use her power to intimidate rather than kill. Her defences are not that strong so she wears a padded suit. she is not the brightest member of the team but her powers are the most spectacular 

The Train Man can use the tracks of the local railroads and elevateds to get around the city. He keeps his full potential hidden so he is considered weak for not having abilities away from the tracks. No one knows of his ability to summon trains wherever he is, and that he can use that to travel on open roads or the waters of Lake Michigan
CES   

Vigilantes Ghost and Eisen (Iron) have worked together for years. Ghost, an ex-special forces soldier was originally hired by Esien's scientist father to bodyguard her after an assassination attempt left her critically injured. He assisted and helped train her to use her new cybernetic limbs (developed by her father) and in the combat arts and together took revenge on the organization that had tried to kill her and her father, the Russian mafia. 
 
They've been operating together ever since protecting Hudson City from the organastatya and other criminal forces that threaten it. Originally protective of the younger woman, Ghost found his feelings for her changing over the months, growing into something deeper and intense. As her self consciousness about over her appearance and cybernetic ebbed, Eisen found her attraction her taciturn partner was changing as well but she wasn't ready to acknowledge her feelings just yet. 
After the pair narrowly escaped an ambush by the Russian hit-man Gregor Vosnekiev and his so called “Cossacks”, Eisen and Ghost went underground to regroup. Almost being killed brought their feelings to a head, driving home the tenuous nature of their lives and how they had to seize the day because they never knew if it might be their last. And that night, the couple consummated their long simmering passion, forging a stronger bond between them but not one without complications of its own. 
 

The Bull of Chicago is the team brick and can run at quite a lick. However he caused a lot of damage when fighting the double act Detroit Piston and Detroit Express who managed to get him to run into shop windows and cause havoc in the malls. The fact that the two villains escaped and have plagued him and the city since has not helped his rep. However he does have supporters in the Fire, Medical and Police Departments after saving lives by getting people to hospital and acting as a bullet shield for example. The press are not his fans and say he is full of Bull.

Desert Wind
 
The best martial artist of the group is the Apache Indian Desert Wind. She has been trained in Kung-Fu, Karate and Judo. She prefers to disable opponents particularly law enforcement officials as killing people is antithetical to her martial arts training. She is conversant in French, Spanish and English but can understand Japanese and at least two Chinese dialects. She is the back up security expert for the group and is a skilled tracker and surveillance operative.
She was born during a sandstorm thus the name.

Silica
 
Markie Williams was a small time thief who was framed for the murder of Ben Osgood(Osgood actually faked his death and became the criminal mastermind The Great Power) After a couple of years in prison she managed to escape only to be hunted down by the Spider Goblin(Parker Osgood Ben's nephew). He took Williams to a disused Osgood Industries test facility planning to torture and kill her. She managed to get free, but ended up trapped in a test lab. The goblin bomb that was thrown into the lab should have killed her, but it ended up activating an irradiated silicon dust in the lab that bonded with her body. She was able to transform into this dust and escaped. She was on the run and committing crimes to survive when she was confronted by Honey Buzzard and Unicorn. Upon hearing her story she was recruited into the Six and looks to clear her name and win back her freedom while battling evil.

The Mysterion is a hero that may be a walking suit of armor, or a gas in a bag, or a fancy trickster. He appears in a cloud of mist, and disappears just as quickly. His calling card is a bowl of goldfish.
CES

The smartest of them all is the Vileminded. While extremly weak, it makes up for it with vast mental powers which forces it's will upon others to murder, steal, rape, and jaywalk. Only the purest mind can resist this power, and it is harmful for it to link to such a pure mind. (In much the same way as contact with the Monster's mind is so vile that it hurts thoes who do so...and yes, all members of The Monster's Brood posesses that power. But Vileminded has a complication which damages him when he contacts a pure mind.)

The Scream
 
Maggie O'Malley has the ability to generate a powerful sonic blast. She was initially recruited by the Sisterhood of Mutants(Magnetica, GoldRush, Purple Priest, Toadette and Mind Mistress) but Brain Tyrant reached into her mind and convinced The Scream to turn on the Sisterhood and join The Geen Twisted. Magnetica is convinced that Maggie can be saved and freed from Brain Tyrant's control one day.

King Calamari
 
Simon Squire was a bio-engineer working at Osgood Industries. When he discovered OI CEO Parker Osgood had nefarious plans for his multi-arm exo-skeleton prototype he left the company taking his work with him. While working on the exo-skeleton in his lab he was attacked by the supervillain Spider Goblin. Squire survived thanks to his prototype, but he was injured and ended up fused to the apparatus. He would further adapt his creation and became the costumed hero King Calamari joining with the like minded Saintly Six to battle Spider Goblin as well as the Great Power, the Fatal Four and the Revengers.
 
 

Ex-Patriot
 
Roger Stevens was the only surviving subject of Project Bootstrap, a super soldier program run by the American government during World War 2. He emerged at the absolute peak of human potential and became the heroic symbol of America, the Ultra Patriot. He fought bravely and heroically until he was thought lost foiling a plot by Duke Chemo. In actuality Stevens was frozen in suspended animation and eventually discovered and revived. However he did not recognize the world he awakened to and especially his own country. All the values he held had been abandoned. All the battles and sacrifices were for nothing. America was a decadent cesspool and needed to be brought back to it's roots. It's conservative god fearing foundation. Stevens became the Ex-Patriot to wage war on the USA.

The mighty Unicorn uses her horn of justice on evil doers on any evil doers who get in her way

Honey Buzzard
 
This member of the group designed and developed a wing suit following their recovery from cancer which permanently robbed them of hair follicles on their head. Although she is unhappy to be bald she does not wear a wig although she does 'paint' on eyebrows. She acts as aerial reconnaissance for the group and can arrange aerial attacks.

The Miscreation
 
One of the more craftier of the Monster's Brood is The Miscreation. Like it's parent, it has grey skin and shagy and dirty black hair, claws, and wears thick leathers (in his case, dark reds and purples). He is smaller than The Monster, and not as strong as him. His unique power is to secreat vile acid from his mouth and hands. While slow acting, it is sticky and can only be removed by holy water. It gets it's name by turning people and animals into a acidic, pulpy mess void of life. He enjoys watching living beings slowly disolve to death.

The Revengers' frequent hanger-on is none other than the infamous Lee Stansky, aka Excelsior.  No, he doesn't have any superpowers, and no, he doesn't appreciably contribute to any scheme the Revengers may be pulling off.  But he's sure to make a "guest appearance" somewhere along the way - dressed as a mailman, security guard, astronaut, or anybody in between, and making some amusing comment. 

New group: The Monster's Brood
Numbers: 4-6
The Monster has somehow spawned a few more mysterious humanoid beings, each with there own powers (most like there parent, but with a few unique twists), and all with names which reflect there only parent (in other words, other names for generic monsters). They love scaring humans, and prehaps killing and eating them. They, like there parent, only comunicate through grunts, snarls, and hideous laughter which frightens people in there very soul.

Thunderclub is a big, strong caveman type person carring a huge wooden club. He enjoys combat and is though and super strong. But also, his club is able to manipulate the weather. He can comand winds to make him fly, shoot lighting from the club, lower and raise temptures ib his area, and such. Rumor has it he was once an ancient god worshipped by cro-magnums, and was once much more powerful than he is now. His main gole is to destroy the homosapians who replaced his worshippers, then reserect his cro-magnums somehow. It pains him to work with the people who replaced his people, but he is slowly getting use to them.
 
Eventually he will accept homosapian worshippers into his "tribe". As long as they let him do as he wishes.

Bee Woman has all the powers of a bee which she implants in her victims and causes them to obey her commands with their new tiny wings

There have been several people who have used this identity, the latest is a woman who uses a variety of trick arrows to aid their colleagues. According to some reports they started out as a hero working with the Black Tarantula and they were even supposedly married to the villain Jackdaw. Their costume is protected so that they cannot be gunned down or stabbed.

Actor Mark Wonder posed as a supervillain Mol-Jar when the Revengers hiered him as a false mastermind and distraction for any hero against him. He was equipped with armor designed to absorb energy. Then some heroes got the idea of hitting him with two different energy wavelengths at the same time. Not only did it overload the armor system, it converted his body to pure energy. Everyone thought he was killed. A few months later, Mark Wonder reformed himself, now a creature of pure energy. Convinced that the superheroes were responsible and that he can never become a solid, flesh and blood being ever again, he swore revenge upon them, taking his idenity of Mol-Jar seriously.
