More a believer in the maxim, "If a vicious, murderous, and deranged plan works, it ain't vicious, murderous, and deranged."
It also puts me in mind of the ridiculous amount of airborne destruction described in Moorcock’s “A Cure for Cancer”. -
I see you’re a believer in the maxim “There is no “overkill”, there is only “open fire” and “time to reload”.”
After all that, I’m pretty sure the landscape would resemble Verdun, only worse.

Thanks

Now, a suitable punishment for Hughie would be for him to be made to dance naked on a table, then suffer the fate of that quarterback... with the results being filmed by Chi Chi LaRue and posted on the “gay” section of Pornhub.
Yes, it’s cruel. So was what he did to those people.
Or, Marla can proceed directly to “Go” and burn his ability out of his brain. That would work too.

Unless it’s Grond.
Gun Jesus always does good work.

Sure - he might look like an 8ft tall anthropomorphic orca, but he's a cheerful guy that doesn't hurt civilians and would rather end a fight with one hit than terrorise people. Even better are the missions where he can be in and out in seconds without hurting anybody. Seduction also works, but takes longer.
Sorry, I got confused with the VIPER villain. The one with all the cybernetics. Also, I think the only one of my characters who would actually care about this from a legal perspective is Ghost, aka Donald Rischer, my Nick Fury knock off, since he’s a federal agent.

She’s a hottie in those costumes.

Ripper K has a sense of humour?
i mean, one that doesn’t involve extreme violence on civilians and terrified screaming?

Well, you built “blind Jedi”, all right. Congratulations.

But the patients and doctors could get tired of the constant, lunatic shrilling of “Tike-lili! Toke-lili!”

does one have to be life to be a person?
Suddenly I’m thinking of the life forms in Robert Forward’s *Dragon’s Egg* which are basically intelligent sesame seed-sized clusters of atomic nuclei bound together by string force living in the atmosphere of a neutron star. Are they alive? If so, are they then people? -

A computer passing the Turing test doesn't frighten me nearly as much as a computer failing it on purpose.
Absolutely this.
Although as to point one of the TEAM test, what about people who are severely autistic and therefore cannot comprehend or display emotions?

That car looks gorgeous. I can see some pulp avenger driving that.
I was going to mention the Green Hornet, but his car is black.
That werewolf has a distinctly sword and sorcery vibe going on, given the sword he’s holding.

Sixth Edition Vol. 1, pg. 45--"SPD above 12 only serves to help the character resist Drain SPDs and similar attacks; it doesn't allow the character to have more than 12 Phases or take more Actions in a Turn."
Hope that helps.
It does, thanks.
Would Power Defense not solve the same problem, if I recall the rules aright?

So, Spider-Man isn’t Dark Champions, even though he tackles a lot of street level situations and the series also focuses on his personal and domestic problems?

How does Maxima have 13 Spd when the chart only goes up to 12? Or did things change for FRED?

Is it it my imagination, or does Trese have her own “Invisible Plane”?
(And, as to Bauer got hold of those Black Sharks, he probably got them on the black market. Hell, I read a thriller by SEAL SIX founder Richard Marcinko where the villain had got hold of an SADM on the black market.)
