I was inclined to keep an open mind, pending evidence, investigation, etc-- because I one-hundred percent understand how social media prejudices the mind as a hobby, and that people tend to believe the first thing they hear based on the "why would they say it if it wasn't true" principle (turns out digital thumbs up are one hell of a motivator for way more people than you would have thought), but after watching the CEO's reply video, his conduct, and everything about how he chose to frame and present his reply.....
