Draconians from D&D

I am looking for any conversions of Draconians for my FH game. I am slowly putting together some monster race conversions and that it one of the primary. If no one has done any, I will post mine here when they are done.

It could be a while. Any suggestions on ways to make the conversion would be most appreciated as well. I am looking for ways to simulate thier special death events primarily.

Re: Draconians from D&D

I'd recommend checking out Dungeon Hero, a conversion of much classic AD&D material into 4E HERO System. If you liked what was written for that game, you should find this a very cool website. Here's where you can find the specific section on draconians.

For your purposes, the differences between 4E and 5E HERO should be minor, but you might want to go over the author's notes about his assumptions in making the conversion - a few points would be unclear otherwise.

Re: Draconians from D&D

I am mostly looking for creature conversions in regards to the systems themselves, and I thank you for the link I will look that over in short order. I am working with MetaCreator and am currently tyring to design a Fantasy Hero module for it. Though this a work in progress at best right this moment.

Yes Draconians are D&D, for your information I am just working my way over to FH and happen to like Draconians and some of the other D&D monster races. Besides, it's just fun to throw large exploding monsters at the players.

The other Pavlovian conditioned response is to say, "that just special effects".

Really, in a fantasy world, there's not really much of a difference between a human (perhaps with some minor spells/powers) and a young Dragonian.

Maybe a minor suseptablity to cold (-3 to Characteristics) and LS: Extreme Heat and Distinctive Features for flavoring.
