JmOz Posted June 21, 2004 Report Share Posted June 21, 2004 I don't think I have EVER had this problem before: I was making a Low Powered Super Hero (150+100), and when I was done with him by concept he came in 24 points under budget, so I started looking for ways to spend it but in concept there was nothing... His stats are in the western champions thread, I really ment this thread to be a "wow this has never happened type thing" but I appreciate the advice.
