So by our lights it's "out," since it's now beyond our control. It'll actually take a week to two weeks to filter out through distribution to the stores. Drives me nuts! I refuse to buy games there! I usually get my games over the net. I do support a local store just 'cause they're nice guys and I play Hero Clix there (Acme Games, Cincy, Ohio- They'll give you 20% off with a pre order).
