It even gives a rough pricing guide. Depending on the political climate, items from certain nations could become prohibited, akin to the current status of cuban cigars. In the United States IIRC, if you find something more than 1000 years old, or some such age, it's automatically government property (so if you find a cache of indian pottery, don't plan on selling it) Weapons are an obvious one.
