Off the top of my head? And these are only rough ideas mind you...

 

SS: Biology or Toxicology (For all of the poison or gas arrows)

SS: Chemistry

SS: Metallurgy

SS: Aerodynamics

KS: Bow and Arrow Design/History (It's so specific I can't see splitting it up)

Electronics

Mechanics (Although this might not be needed at all really)

Weaponsmith

SS: Physics is always good. Skills regarding Computer Simulations as well. If you want to give the guy something to make him stand out, give him some artistic skills and have him intricately paint the bows and shafts or laser etch designs into the arrowheads in his spare time or something.
