TK build question

Just brainstorming various uses of powers.... came up with an application for TK.

 

If somebody couldn't fly under their own TK power, but could fly by, say, TK-grabbing onto a flying character, how would you build that? Simply Flight, with a disad?

You could buy Stretching, define it as TK, and use it as a tow-line.

Or buy it as Flight with the Limitations Must Succeed With Grab Attack Roll Against Flying Character, -1/2, and possiblt No Conscious Control at the -1 level to refect that the character can't control where they're going - they go where the flyer goes.

I think Stretching in some form, as Dust Raven suggested, is your best bet.

Stretching actually has a lot of cool applications for TK.
