You open them up using Hero Designer (the program the files are made for) and click on File=>Open File The format is a custom form of XML specifically for Hero Designer. I have all letters EXCEPT: A, E, F, G, X, and Y. (I know there may not be any for X and Y, but just wanted to list them in case there are.)
