Mancer Posted May 9, 2003 Report Share Posted May 9, 2003 Hey all, I'm building a Weather controlling character for an upcoming Champions game (revamping old 250 base pt characters to 350 pt base). I've kinda run into a brick wall with power ideas and I'd like to see what some of you have to offer.
