Yamo Posted May 18, 2003 Report Share Posted May 18, 2003 Thinking of doing a character with a variety of really nasty teleportation Powers. Wondering how I could do each of these effects in HERO: 1. Teleporting enemies into extremely deadly locations (the bottom of the ocean, the center of the sun, etc). 2. Teleporting only parts of enemies (heads, skeletons, internal organs, ect). 3. Teleporting enemies out of armor. 4. Teleporting weapons out of enemies' hands. 5. Teleporting cybernetic implants out of enemies' bodies. Any ideas? Any ideas? 1: just put megascaled teleportation, usable as attack 2: RKA, NND does body (defense is teleportation powers), or you could leave off the nnd to simulate telepoting other things into the person 3, 4, and five: these would be either power drains or transforms with delayed recovery rate and then the disadvantage of "heals instantly upon: picking wepon up, getting back in armor, going into surgery" depending on which oe it is Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Superskrull Posted May 18, 2003 Report Share Posted May 18, 2003 I realize that there aren't going to be any HERO power descriptions in it, but you might check out the novel Slipt by Alan Dean Foster. Dispel vs HA All would need 'Only vs. Foci or 'cybernetic' Restrainable' since you can't teleport them out of their natural armor or remove their natural weapons.
