Does Champion's Sidekick have all the same rules?

I want to order "Hero" Sidekicks, but I need to know if it has all of the same rules of my Hero System 5th Editon revised book?

Hero System Sidekick leaves out "Optional" rules (Hit location charts, bleeding, some of the combat options).

Also a note: It's not Champions Sidekick. It's Hero Sidekick - the champions genre is not covered any more or less than any other genre.

 

It's Hero System. Champions is just a genre...

There are also a few Powers, Power Frameworks and other elements that Steve Long apparently decided were too complex or otherwise inappropriate to include in an introductory/teaching volume like Sidekick. There's a sidebar on p. 40 of SK which lists everything from the Fifth Edition rulebook which it doesn't include.

 

Aside from those, the main difference is fewer options and less detailed clarifications.
