Slow-acting stuff, high risk of causing death in the victim, but movies love the stuff, since it sounds so exotic, and more threatening than 'laughing gas'. Typically, it's 6d6 NND, No Range, One Turn delayed Effect, Requires Grab Maintained Throughout, by my reading of how it acts. Which makes it pretty silly.
