Steve's already said that there will not, on the (quite understandable) grounds that he's already pretty busy with the USPD Online on top of everything else he's doing as writer, line editor, and spokesman, not to mention the sheer volume of what could be done with magic (an even more open-ended area than superpowers). OTOH I wouldn't mind seeing an online compendium of fictional martial arts styles with Mike Surbrook as handler; a Worlds Of Empire Online compendium with Allen in charge (after the book is actually out); and perhaps a "treasure trove" of magic items for FH once such a book is done, depending on who's editing.
