OK, did a major rewrite. Felt the SAT was not gadget enough and walked on the toes of the patriot who has something similar. So buffed his non augmented stats and gave him a combat computer.

 

Added a few skills

 

Played with his MP to add items and increased it's base reserve points

 

tell me what you think...I know he has a glass jaw BTW
