Hyper nationalistic (and ruthless) operative decides to eliminate or reduce two problems for the US at the same time. His method? Using North Korean Nuclear weapons to hit Iranian enrichment sites and/or weapons. As an alternative, using Russian or CHinese weapons to hit both "Rogue states" Admittedly, all variations would probably require an operative with James Bond level skills, shapeshift, etc, but for a Dark Champions game... While it is a munchkin player type plan (I did think of it) that falls imo right in the middle of the "Evil acts" category. Now imagine it is a Russian Hyper Nationalist, or a Chinese one...
