If I buy the Detect with Descriminatory and Analyze I can tell "This dude is angry and scared." But the Telepathic version might tell me "This dude is mad at his partner but too afraid of him to act on it." ...mostly I'm wondering if the more expensive version is worth it in addition to the base "I sense anger." For example, with the discriminatory & analyze components you would most likely be able to tell people apart by their emotions just like someone could do with a heightened sense of smell can tell a people apart by their scent pattern. People can take steps to disguise their scent, however I'm not sure what a person can do hide their emotional pattern. This makes finding out secret id fairly easily. Add 360 degrees and targeting, and now you pretty much always know how many people are near you and where they are located making it almost impossible for someone to sneak up on you. It would be as difficult to sneak up on you as it would someone with any other 360 degree targeting sense. But it is potentially abusive as any senses are.
