Yesterday I've read something with guidelines for each level of Speed, in order to balance characters with different speeds (one with a low speed is allowed greater AP limits, and vice versa). I can't find it anymore, and I don't remember the name of the poster... Was it a dream or can you tell me where to find this post again? Going as high as DC 16 and averaging DC 13ish. Also IMHO the Defenses are a bit low for the amount of DCs thrown. The game works best with Defenses between 2x - 2.5x the Maximum DCs thrown. Otherwise you have to really crank up the Con of everyone to prevent every hit causing auto Stun. Also it makes people have ridiculous amounts of stun to prevent being one or two shotted into Unconsciousness.
