Eurostar (4th Ed) - Who were they?

Terror Inc. makes a great contrast when compared to Eurostar. Terror Inc. is overt, with grand plots which are easy for heros to stop, thay only have four "super" members (usually using agents to round things out), and there leader is certfiably insain. Eurostar is exactly the reverse. No wonder Scorpia and Furemancer defected.

Regarding Terror Inc., some years ago veteran RPG writer Steve Perrin, who created Terror Inc., posted background and character sheets to these forums for two other members he added to the team in his own campaign, "Poignard" and "Espirit," as well as expanded character sheets for the other four (all in Fourth Edition HERO System). I would like to my repost that material here, but haven't yet figured out how to make the new forum softward do that, and the Search function isn't coughing up the original thread. If either of those things changes I'll update my post. Anyway, here's Steve's info on Poignard and Espirit:

"Poignard is an experienced mercenary assassin who had some initial success against various supers but decided he needed some backup. His relationship with Terror Inc is strictly business, though he never fails to try to impress Scorpia and Espirit. Scorpia slept with him but was not impressed. Then again, she is rarely impressed.

Espirit is a protege of Scorpia's that she met in Syria when the Armenian freedom fighter was just getting started. Espirit lives up to her name because she can adopt a "spirit form" at will that partially removes her from the real world, which is the reason for her Damage Reduction. This is not astral projection, her actual body turns semi-insubstantial. She is working on being able to go totally desolid, but hasn't pulled it off, yet. She has a deep and abiding hatred for capitalist lackeys, which was only emphasized when the Soviet Union broke down and the capitalists/gangsters made life even worse. She is the youngest member of the group and still has some innocence, though that is going fast in Scorpia's company."

Poignard is a very fast and skilled knife-fighter with both held and thrown blades. His knives do far more than realistic damage, and he carries a few other technological defensive gimmicks. He has a broad Skill set reflecting an experienced international mercenary. His secret ID is Emil Vair. Espirit has high Damage Reduction representing her "spirit form," as well as several offensive and sensory Mental Powers, Telekinesis, and Flight. Her Secret ID is Sariya Abendarian.
