Captain Obvious
So, I was poking around the internet, thinking about Solar Hero and what kind of timeline human expansion throughout the solar system might take, and found this website. It's got some pretty interesting stuff on there...helps a lot with future history ideas.
Captain Obvious
And I can't figure out how to make a link in the message with this new software. It's futuretimeline.net.
L. Marcus
How to make links: In the task bar above the input field, there's an icon for links just under the Size drop-down menu. First, highlight the text you want the link to say, then click the icon and paste the URL. Woil-ah!
Scott Baker
Thanks for pointing out that resource. It looks interesting.
Captain Obvious
The links thing is still wonky, although it was a lot closer to working this time. Thanks, Marcus.
BlueCloud2k2
Yeah I can only use about have the functions in the damned BBS system. You can also click on the little box in the upper right hand corner that goes into text-editor-mode and hit CTRL-V. Bear in mind that while in text-editor-mode you have to use tags to make things bold, change font size, etc.
L. Marcus
At uni, we use IE as a browser, and with that I can't use the Quote function. It works alright at home, where I use Chrome. So it seems some issues, at least, are browser related.
BlueCloud2k2
I also use IE.
Xavier Onassiss
This is a test to see if I can properly link to the Future Timeline website. <Preview post, click on link.> Okay, this feature seems to be working. Also, that's a very interesting website.
