phoenix240
Does anyone know of a good set of guide lines for converting characters between M and M 3rd to Champions? I recently purchased a number of "Acts of Villainy" supplements and want to switch them over.
Scott Baker
I just did a Google search for: "convert mutants and masterminds to hero system" and found several hits that may be of use. They are generally for converting the other way, and the one that seemed most useful at a glance was for M&M 2E. But they may give you a starting point. This site has some links back to various threads on the boards here: http://www.curufea.com/doku.php?id=roleplaying:hero:conversions:hero_system
HeroGM
Most of what I've seen is to take hero to m&m which to me without the books is useless.
bubba smith
try making the m and m characters as HERO characters from scratch
Sketchpad
Pheonix240, first let me say thanks for grabbing some AoV Issues. It's much appreciated. As for conversion, the best way to do it, I found, is to convert the basic idea over. I wouldn't worry so much about the numbers meshing up so much as the general concept working across platforms. I've considered converting the line over to Hero, but have only heard a few opinions on it. If anyone else is interested in seeing them brought over to Hero stats, I would love to hear from you.
