HeroGM
Majorian's Blizzard: Change Environment (-3 to Normal Sight PER Rolls, -3 Temperature Level Adjustment), Delayed End Cost (1min) (+1/2), Area Of Effect (18m Radius; +1), MegaArea (1m = 100 km; +1 1/2) (60 Active Points); Extra Time (5 Minutes, -2), Increased Endurance Cost (x4 END; -1 1/2), Incantations (Requires Incantations throughout; -1/2), No Range (-1/2), Requires A Magic Roll (Characteristic roll, -1 per 20 Active Points modifier; -1/4) (10 Real Points) Just playing around with Change Enviroment a little bit. This was built pretty much for Azgandian Magic. Chain's of Stone: Entangle 5d6, 5 PD/5 ED, Effect Vaires based on User's Rank (1d6, 1PD/1ED) (+0), Cannot Be Escaped With Teleportation (+1/4), Reduced Endurance (1/2 END; +1/4), Reduces Str (50%) (+1/2), Area Of Effect Accurate (2m Radius; +1/2) (125 Active Points); OAF Expendable (Difficult to obtain new Focus; -1 1/4), Delayed Use (5min) (-1), Time LImit (5min) (-1/2), Concentration (1/2 DCV; -1/4), Incantations (-1/4), Gestures (-1/4) (28 Real Points) Playing with Entangle now. Focus (Material Component) is a shard of volcanic glass. Ok, to toss in a few things. The spell creates a sheath of magical stone around the victim, if the user tries to teleport the stone wil just go with him. As for the Rank, it was built using Lex Magisterium (more or less) from Fantasy Hero 6th Edition (pg303) It's written up as a Rank 6 spell (AP/20, rounded a bit)
Nolgroth
What are the final costs? I mean, I could input them into Hero Designer or manually figure them out. I just imagine that you have those close to you. Other than that, looks good at first blush. Wondering why Chains of Stone disallows teleport to escape. I guess it would be helpful to have a description that outlined little details like that. Also, not sure what your Rank structure looks like and why it only affects Chains of Stone. Of course with a sampling size of two powers it's hard to judge whether that is inconsistency or idiosyncracy.
HeroGM
Updated the post. Is there a good export template for Hero Designer for spells?
Lucius
Have you considered putting all your spells and so forth in one thread? Lucius Alexander I can't fit all my palindromedaries in one tagline
HeroGM
If there was a solid cohesion and I was posting them all at once, then yes I would. Since there seems to be an issue on how I post I simply won't put any more of my builds.
Ndreare
I don't think there is a problem. It just makes it easier to follow or tag when they are all in one place.

Lucius Alexander The palindromedary notes that there are people I might wish would go away, but you're not one of them.
