Wardsman
Think full body magical ointment. Historically it was camoflage. But in RQ it was a magical ointment that acted as armor. What limitations represent having to cover the whole body and little or nothing on?
Old Man
Pretty straightforward force field, I'd guess, with a continuing charge lasting a day. OAF, incantations, gestures, RSR, 5 turns to cast. I'd give Must Be Mostly Naked about a -1/2.

Outsider
I will second -1/2. Basically, you're adding a defense (Forcefield) that doesn't stack with other defenses (or even clothing) and, IIRC, non-cumulative is -1/2. You could also add "Extra Time (only to start)" to represent the time it takes to apply the woad. And maybe even "can be dispelled by being washed off", but then, woad is a dye, so it might be pretty hard to wash off... Probably best to leave this as a special effect limitation (-0) rather than trying to get points for it. I know if one of my players took "can be washed off" it would happen sometimes! Old Man
Maybe increase the limitation to -3/4 or even -1 if the character isn't a ripped specimen of physical beauty, but instead is lumpy and warty with tufts of hair sticking out from odd places. Wardsman
Xtra time in application/casting. I like the possible dispelling by water or some other substance depending on if it was mud like or not say like a dye. If it could be washed off maybe continuous effect?
