That's exactly the comparison that DC has to overcome. Marvel Studios has developed a reputation for consistent entertainment. They've had very few outright clunkers, and at this point the audience assumes that a new Marvel movie will at minimum be fun, and may even be exceptional. But the DC theater audience has been burned more often than satisfied, and they've grown wary of spending their movie budget on new releases.
Hell, I'm afraid to watch BvS, JL, SS, et al. And I have them on my DVR for free from the premium channel preview weekends. I don't even want to waste time, or brain cells, on these things.

Are you sure it's the letter that they're talking about?

Did you mean for that post to be in the "Ctrl+V" thread?

You guys are not doing much to convince me to ever watch this movie. The original has been on my DVR since July 2018. I just can't convince myself to potentially waste 2 hrs of my life.

And they make a frikkin' mess of the golf course. I've been tempted to swap my 5 wood for a 12-gauge.

Off-topic: Since the word Idaho has no real meaning (other than a State's name), I am going to give it a meaning. It shall from now on mean: 'the location furthest from the center of all things HERO'. Since I've been saying that about Idaho and Boise for years, it's now official.
Now back to our regularly scheduled game.
