Assistant Director Victoria Sutton the AD of EURO (European Uberhuman Response Organization). She's a former SAS who lost her arm when her unit was attacked by the super-villain group Blitzkrieg. Later her arm was replaced by a cybernetic one by the French super-hero Armstrong. She was one of the first recruited by Director Castello to join EURO.
