Having trouble making a decision on a item a character carries. So the question is if a character needs an item to focus their power, which is in them and not the focus, would the Limitation Focus apply or would Limited Power: "Need X To Use Power" be a better fit. Basically Character X must have carry a teddy bear to focus & use their power

Well, the CLOWN partition of the show is finished. Well, that is the background and such is finished coming in a little over 10,000 words. Still have to finish up the characters and their backgrounds and such. Of course finished will also mean I will change my mind on one or forty things and edit this and that. Just the way it goes. Then time to work on IMP will be next

yep, just meant didn't see the need to make it a son or daughter for this particular group

True but, Peter Parker & Bruce Wayne have been around since the 60s and still are young. So don't really see the need to change who's who for this project. Am working on another project that will have the son of the original show up.

Thing to remember too is that this is the new CLOWN and some of the old group didn't get the call back. I haven't decided if I'll give the new groups and then include those retired, vacationing at Stronghold or not call back as well or just the new group

There will be some changes but you have to remember he tried mot to get into HTH combat situations so there won't be a ton of changes or additions but there will be some

Unless there's a "grand design" heading another direction I like keeping the same heroes and villains as the same person. Now of course if say a villain goes off to Stronghold then maybe his son will step up and take their place

One thing I think should be known is much like Muerte and Terror Inc. in Villainy Codex II. CLOWN in Villainy Codex III will not simply be a converting 4th edition characters to 6th edition. Background, powers, skills. complications may change, new powers may be gained and some characters won't be coming along for the ride. There are at least two new characters being added as well, Balloon-A-Tic and one other. So this is a semi-revision of CLOWN with some of the original players. IMP on the other hand is new and totally separate from CLOWN. The reason for the 'Send In The Clowns" title is both teams wear comical gear, but the two are totally different. Like Villainy Codex I, there will be two organizations given in this product. Unlike VCI the two aren't truly connected at all. Just wanted to make sure that was clear to everyone. Please continue with any ideas for either please.

Theory is that CLOWN will be the light-hearted comic relief while IMP is the psycho-killers that don't care if you find them funny or not

Looked for a solution in the rulebook and other questions but unable to find one. Working on a character the always sends two attacks. If one hit the second hits, kind of the old double tap. Is the a rule against linking one EB or RKA to another instead of using autofire? Basically the attacks would be the same just use link instead of autofire, thus insuring two strike though damage would be rolled separately.

There is a member of IMP that is something along those lines, cept she just likes to kill

Haven't decide for sure if TeeHee will be included but can say references are made. May make the final cut though, writing process will figure that all out

will have a complication to match his size, but him just a big boy. Another distinctive feature could be large body and small kid voice
