Re: The cranky thread I had the cold first, since Wednesday. I feel much better, but I'm still sniffling and coughing. So yes, it may be just the cold and my appetite will return tomorrow or the next day.

Re: The cranky thread Everything I've tried to eat today has tasted bad, except the cupcake. I tried dumplings from Wegmans, usually they are fine, today they tasted funny. OddHat made a cheeseburger, he said the meat was fine, to me it tasted funny. Being a Supertaster is a pain, to me and for everyone else. I still feel bad for what my poor Mother had to go through to get me to eat.

"The second day of a diet is always better, because by then you are off it" Winston Churchill I'm feeling very depressed, needy and disheveled. But my Stripes just made me laugh my head off. She tried getting her head into my shoe and couldn't as the shoe is much too small. Funny !!!!

When she sees me petting him she starts yelling at me and bumping me until I start petting her. Star announces naptime and bedtime. She'll start meowing and rubbing against everything when she decides it's time for bed. Whoever claims to own a cat doesn't know what they're talking about.

Re: The cranky thread OddHat used to eat Ostrich burgers when they had them at Fuddruckers. A few years ago they stopped carrying them so he switched to buffalo burgers. Late last year or early this year they went out of business and OddHat misses them a lot. He says they had the best burgers you could get around here.
