Re: The cranky thread Spent part of the day in that special plane of H#ll known as the DMV. We had numbers, but for an hour or more no numbers were called. Finally we just got in line in order and were finally helped. It was very slow. They had sent me a letter saying I could get an eight-year license, but when I got there they said that law was still in the courts and hadn't been passed yet, so I got a four. I don't think I could stand this more often than every four years.

Re: The cranky thread I got dumped today by my friend who was important to me. I am very hurt. Thank God I have OddHat to hold me. This is the second friend who has dumped me in the past 12 months. I feel very unlikable. I feel I just don't know how to relate to others beyond superficially. Thank God for OddHat. He knows me best and loves me anyway.

Re: The cranky thread Heh. I had ingrown toenail surgery on the toes next to my big toes on both feet. The stairs I must climb up and down in my house are painful. Also I cannot wear socks as I must keep wetting the bandages and it's still in the 50s here. I don't know how I'll sleep tonight as I don't want to get the bed wet with my feet.
