  2. Re: Crowns of Krim thanks as to what happened to my cobra plot it is still going fine, however i just like to plan ahead. plus if i have some mystical enimes attack every now and agian then it will foreshadow the rise of the crowns of crim plus it fun to spice tings up alittle.

Re: Its all 1s and 0s baby!!! well i am not really that good at making characters, but something like +5 PER -1 only in cyberspace Enhanced Senses: HRRP, Infrared, N-Ray (computer sight, like what neo sees) all with the -1 only in cyberspace the n-ray would work like this. ok you enter cyberspace right. you are in a bare room with no way out, however in the next room there is a computer. you can percevice a computer in the next room. or wait a better way to do that would be Clairsentience with the limtitation -1 only to find elctronic or mechanical devices thats how i would go about doing it. let me know what you think

Re: Cobra!! thanks guys you have all been a great help first of all i'd like to thank the academy... next week for the group: Infiltrating the cobra base. *sinister music* the base is in the rockies, the heros have to foot it beacuse they don't want to show up on the radar. a storm will hit and obscur vision. then storm shadow comes along and one by one they fall to the vast martial arts of storm shadow... and cloraform (yay drugs!!!) feed back would be great.

  9. Re: Cobra!! it went great last night. the players got sucked into the plot nicly my favorite moment was when the team telepath went into a tele-vipers head. boom instant polish mine dectector. (a tele-viper is jacked into the entier cobra telecommuntications network, via the equivilant of a mind link, matrix style) now the telepath is using this tele-viper as a conduit into the entire cobra network. right now the heros are about to attempt to infiltrate the cobra base. COBRALALALALALALA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: WWYCD: Wonder Drug Tempest (as a hero) he would be very up set. he would immediatly notify the galactic conncel and at the same time accurire and test the drug Paper would sigh. more work cleaning up bad guys mean less time to read her books. Zorro probably would try to use his influance in secrect Id (he won the silver medal in 2000 for fencing) to hold up the drug so his team mates could investigate. Tempest (as a villian) he would be the one making the drug, or he would make a cheap knock off and distribute it around to gangs for a price.

Re: Cobra!! yes i will bring in all the classic characters like zartan, storm shadow, etc. also the pcs can foil the plot by stopping any one act. those list are more like check lists than outlines. also cobra will not have any super (for now ) however they will have a anti-super unit made up of elite CGs and mega-armored bats (yay androids) i will keep you guys filled in.

Re: Cobra!! ahh but in my game there is no G.I Joe. i am just useing the comics as a idea source (i read a lot of gi joe). second thats how there plan will proceed if there is *no* interventions. i will use that as a spring board. if the players stop it in the first stage no problem. cobra withdraws and thinks for awhile, then when the heros least expect it cobra comes out of hiding with there newly trained anti-mutant soldiers leading. thats the back up plan. and i even have a back-up back-up. cobra threatens to drop a single crystal of Ice-9 (turn all water that it comes into contact with into more Ice-9) into the ocean, unless they are given control of the world and *dr.evil voice* one million dollars. those are my back-ups, also if they kill the plot, they kill the plot. i pack up and move on, but cobra never rests *manical laugher*

Cobra Main Characters: Cobra Commander: leader of cobra, want to rule the world. He has many ego problems. Baroness: cobra’s intelligence agent and one of there best pilots, loves Destro Destro: Cobra’s weapons specialist and a good fighter, loves Baroness Dr. Mindbender: cobra’s technical design specialist. He “replaces†venom Dr. Venom: cobra’s expert on biowarfare. He cares only about him self. Main outline of plot: The first stage is to release the VENOM virus into the world via oil supplies The second stage is to “acquire†a land mass, preferable an island The third stage is to gather the bodies of the greatest military minds and make serpentor The fourth stage is to design and build the terrordome Individual plot outlines: First Stage: 1) Isolate viral strain 2) Obtain serum from medicorp or Kidnap Dr. Stevenson 3) Perfect viral strain (2 days) 4) Kidnap “subjects†for testing 5) Begin testing virus and delivery methods (1 ½ days) 6) Covertly gain control of a oil over flow plant in Alaska 7) Distribute virus Notes: Ryu (mentalist with amnesia) has a compulsion to visit Dr. Stevenson. Re: i feel humiliated ya i ended the game right as the where charging into the hive minds chamber. also the reason the brick got wasted was he is only SPD 3 and got swarmed by some warriors, well that and he stayed behind to guard the mentallist all alone. the warriors rending claws are 3 1/2d6 (5 1/2d6 after STR). so he went down real quick. but ya the players should have no trouble with the hive mind beacuse they have a libriaian and a force cmder with them. also if things start going bad i will have some terminators show up. well its late and i need to get some sleep tonight. good night all

Re: i feel humiliated hey guys my game went great! the players went up agianst the nid hoard and started kicking ass. then the mentalist got possesd (sp) and the brick got taken out by a bunch of warriors all in all a good game oh if people want i will post the write ups of space marines and of the nids

Re: Angel, the worst original character concept ever? in a game i run one PC has a hero just like angel. his only power is flight. he is a 250 point character. he is the teams "tactical advice officer", not to be confused with team leader. anyways him and 4 other members of the team, all 250 pts (link, brick, sailor jupiter, mage) took out the 5th ed version of Dr. DESTROYER!!!!! i so did not see there tackics coming "angel" tackled him into the brick who grabed and held the other half of his action. when Dr. D went to fry him with his 10d6 RKA the brick used his 1/2 held action to finish the grab with a ridirect (sp). Dr. D almost killed him self. *sigh* for more info see the "i feel humiliated" thread
