  1. Why do a majority of the super humans in a given world always congregate in large cities? And more importantly why do the super villains? It seems like a villain could make more money and be more successful in smaller less super human populated cities like Toledo Ohio, or Las Vegas New Mexico. Granted the bigger fish are caught in the deepest water so bigger cities would have more to offer a thief but if a criminal wanted to make out why not just hit the small towns? One theory I’ve been kicking around is that cities are built along some sort of Ley line where super humans get more bang for their buck. The reason you don’t see many super humans in Amish country is because there just very much energy there to feed super powers. New York, LA, or Chicago would have a large concentration of super humans because they are also repositories of super human energy. OR Maybe superhuman create this power and the higher the concentration the more powerful all the superhuman as a whole become. So if all the super heroes decided to go live in Cedar city Utah that would become a super human nexus point. Super humans congregate with their own kind because they benefit from the amount of power in those areas. Just something I’ve been kicking around.
  2. Re: Champions (Super)Hero Resources One small correction GODSEND Agenda is published by Khepera Publishing, not West End Games
  3. Re: What are his powers...? How about Red Light Green Light? He can freeze foes in their tracks or enhance their movement ability. Or Kaptain Kuwait! He would embody the spirit of the small but tenacious country of Kuwait.
  4. Re: Something we should all look into.. Neat stuff you have there. How good are you at doing villains? Monster villains in particular. I have a rough of a character that will be appearing in our next supplement for a game I write. Id be curious to see if you can render him/it. I know it’s not your forte but I’d be curious to see what you come up with. He’s called The Encephalon
  5. Re: Champions Resources (Work in Progress) Don’t forget Superfigs found here Or the Heroclix games for that matter. Both are miniature based super hero games but I believe they should go on your list
  6. Re: Of course we're criminals. We have to be. Some hide their identity for that reason but I would assume most do so that their archenemies don’t show up at the PTA meeting when they are with their kids. The super heroes I like feel bad about the consequences of their actions even in their secret identities. Why do heroes become heroes and not villains? Yes, in the games I run there is always a reason for why heroes are heroes. The answerer my not be clear cut for some characters but there is some sort of impetus for using their powers for the greater good. Some characters in my game don’t have secret identities and some do. Both are equally valid and both have interesting subplots to explore during the course of the game.
