    Geyser

This villain is well known fo sending up large cascades of water from underneath the earth. He has been arrested, tried, convicted and imprisoned a number of times but Tobias Mount always manages to get out somehow. Tobias is not his real name as he is Gregory's brother but changed his name and had plastic surgery so he looks nothing like hie brother, nephew, niece or indeed anyone in the family. He tends to 'happen' to be in the area when Crush pulls a job as he feels he cannot live up to Gregory's principles but tries not to let his brother down. The children believe he is a mercenary employed by Mum and Dad.
Gregory knows his brother is a bit of a loose cannon but he is not a lost cause.  The police are suspicious but think iit is just a joke played by the family, fountain/geyser.

The Fountains come from a long line of criminals. The father of the family of no-do-wells is Gregory Fountain, better known by his crime name Crush. As his name sergest, he is a brick. An extremely smart one with years of experience in causing mayhem and crime. He sets the moral code for the family...no murders, be kind and courtous to others while doing crime. Only target insatutions (banks, labs, ect), never individuals. No kidnapping. No deathtraps.

Real name unknown.  The Dragoness is an insane pyomaniac, cute and petite little goth girl.  Her only real powers are a cigarette lighter that never needs fuel.  And the ability to infiltrate onto any site  (the ability to slide between dimensions and to appear wherever the wants to get to, as she claims, she refuses to call it stricitly teleportation).  She also has greater than normal human CON (not quite super-human level though)

She gave herself her code name. (dragon, fire, get it?)  She is sometimes an annoyance to the group because her pyromania is so intense, it seems like it acts as a drug to her.  And if it is a drug, she is a junkie that needs a fix.  And occsasionally she has burned down buildings that Lady Arson specifically didnt want burned down, when she couldnt wait any longer. ANd Lord Pyros worries she might pick an occupied target during one of her episodes.  As a result, she is now always given a list of 3-4 spare places of minor value/not in the immediate plans/etc. she can take out to keep her pacified till needed.  (which has surprisingly been valuable in interrupting patterns that any heroes might detect.)

Note: yes she has referred to her lighter as her "precious")

This woman is the leader of the French contingent and is the assassin of the group. When W.I.T.C.H. want someone dead and it can be public and graphic then La Belle Dame Sans Merci is the person they use for the job. She has magical skills but is also privy to all sorts of tricks from the golden age of illusion, when magicians plied their trade in the theatres. So wnat someone dead and need it done with maybe a hint of panache ? Then La Belle Dame Sans Merci is your woman !

The Black Forest of Germany is home to the deadly Gateau. And it is also the spiritual home of the German branch of W.I.T.C.H. where Frau Blucher is the undisputed head. She has a little magical talent but is a master manipiulator, although her obsession with flesh golems an the fact that horses are petrified of her (even going so far as to whinny if her name is mentioned) does kind of lessen her image.

Disaster (sometimes calling himself Catastrophe) chose his English name because it has the same root meaning, "evil star," as the name silleegekko that his own people gave him when he was cast out. Disaster is a Bayangi, lizardlike but with super flexible, tentacle like limbs, and has the normal Bayangi traits: a hypersensitive sense of small and taste, immunity to terrestrial diseases and poisons, ability to recover from wounds in a healing trance, and a chameleonlike ability to blend in if totally still, along with tiny size and a very very fragile physique. Bayangi are also experts with technology, especially robototics - and Disaster's abilities are impressive to a Human engineer, although considered incompetent among the Bayangi, who trusted him with few technological or other secrets.

Disaster wants to revenge himself against his own people by living up to his name - "I will show them the real meaning of silleegekko!" - and has tried to be a disaster to them by, for example, warning the people of Earth that the Bayangi are already among them, secretly replacing key people with their clever Human seeming robots piloted by Bayangi hidden inside. So far no one seems to take his warnings seriously, leaving him just as miffed at the people of Earth as at his own kind. He doesn't care if he helps the Invaders Seven conquer Earth, or helps save Earth from his own people, or even ends up helping someone else conquer Earth, as long as it's not the Bayangi!

When Un-Rov-Un was damaged in combat, Disaster jumped at the chance to repair it, turning it into a robot vehicle that he now pilots from inside and equipping it with Bayangi weapons technology. He knows Sev-Zar-Sev must have a factory ship somewhere in the solar system (the Bayangi and the Gatcha have tangled before) and has been probing Un-Rov-Un's software looking for the contact frequencies and codes so he can take control of it. Sev-Zar-Sev has deleted everything that might compromise his ship from Un-Rov-Un, and is hoping Disaster will lead them to the other Bayangi on Earth eventually, so that Invaders Seven can appropriate their resources and information and eliminate them as competition. In the long run he plans to feed Disaster to Replikant.

Trinary is a machine lifeform who doesn't think of vwiself as an invader, so much as a missionary.  Vwi was sent as part of the Gr#g((( Collective to convert all beings to Lj&b++ianism.  Vwi has three forms, bipedal, tank and jet, all heavily armed.  Trinary's greatest strength is also vwi's greatest setback--vwi's trinary operating system is completely incompatible with all Earth OS, so Trinary cannot use Vwi's machine telepathy to control Earth machines, but also cannot be affected by Earth beings' machine control powers.

Trinary is confused by Earth's binary genders--Vwi's species has three genders that roughly translate into "sweet" "sour" and "quark."  Trinary is quark, but tri-curious.  Trinary is also confused by Replikant's mono-gendered species, but bears it no ill will as they can easily share the planet.

Also part of the group is Sev-Zar-Sev , a member of a mechanoid race called The Gatcha who invade planets for resources for their mass production machines. He himself is purely designed for planning and design. He is protected by a war-dog-robot named Un-Rov-Un, and his mass production spaceship named Tsu-San is hidden in an asteroid field.

Replikant is a lizardish alien whose invasion army is all itself.  With access to enough food, it can produce a new one of itself in three minutes.  It likes the taste of human flesh, but is able to use any carbon-based life form as fodder.  The other Invader Seven who happen to be carbon-based plan to kill it with fire once it has served its purpose, Replikant plans to eat them once they've served theirs.

The second Invader is Captain Losex. Wanting to use the Edsiela to strafe Earth and force it in the Fed, he was stripped of his command and handed over to the local authorities. His ability to change the environment to his favor was hampered on board a ship, but fairly useful in a biosphere.

Of the same race as Nebula, this alien uses a machine which allows her to appear as others which is very useful on Earth. Her original idea was to hide in the background and manipulate things quietly but the appearance of Vibron and Nebula, Slug's machinations, the activities of the shapechanging Masq and Firewing's presence made her re-evaluate the situation. She is much more ruthless than the others having already eliminated several others who were 'unsuitable' for working as a group. She knows what Replikant plans for them when they have succeeded so has poisoned her own flesh so that if he eats her he'll die. It might not come to that as a couple of others are aware that she is employing the 'Predator' option i.e. if I am going to die then everyone else goes with me quasi nuke. She is the infiltration and security systems expert of the group. She is perpetually downcast and grim except when in disguise.

Grave, a minor brick villian with a death obsession, had his secret outed in the blog. It was not his secret identity (othoe they did that...his real name is Mike Stone). No, what they exposed was worse than that. The fact that from the age of six to the age of ten, he was molested by his father.

    Rebel Yella

This is a cousin of Rebel Yell of the Badmen who sometimes subs in the group although the group are beginning to get a little suspicious. Getting a lookalike in the family was quite the coup for the Headmaster.
The Headmaster is aware of the growing suspicions and is being very careful when and where he arranges the swops to take place.

    New Team: The Retaliators

These are heroes and villains whose reputations were trashed by the now infamous Grudge Report. This is a blog that dares, dares I say !, to expose the secrets of villains and heroes especially their secret identities, miserable hypocrites for keeping their real names out of it. But who is the Grudge Report. David Glazebrook. Yeah that David Glazebrook. The one who stole the Hand of Justice's teddy bear and suffered for it. After what her team mate did to him, he had to find a different way of reporting. And now all the news that is unfit to be printed about those with superpowers ends up on his blog. There are a minimum 5 members and an absolute maximum of 20. If we get to 10, take a vote. Depends on how much fun people are having.
    So here are the parameters.

    1. The heroes and villains have banded together to fight as a team as some of their enemies exist on both sides of the law and want them dead, maimed or incarcerated. Maybe all three.
    2. None of them know that it is David Glazebrook who is responsible for their downfall, all they know is that someone talked to the Grudge Report. This informer is known as Tattletale. They maybe seeking revenge on this person.
    3. There is at least one hero and one villain in the team.
    4. What was exposed by The Grudge Report must be noted:- This can be an exposed Secret Identity, a former identity such as once was the villain known as X or the hero known as Y (It does not have to be a hero was once a villain or a villain was once a hero it could be a hero changed IDs to become another hero or a villain changed IDs to become another villain), that the hero/villain once killed someone or did not kill someone (that they were supposed to), what a vunerability is, that they are in counselling with a doctor or priest or it could be anythng else. It could be really silly or really tragic.
    5. The members could be FBI, NSA, CIA or an undercover operative for any police department.
    6. Although The Grudge Report is based in America it might be that it is a foreign national who was burned. The Russians, British (specifially English), Germans, Japanese, French and Chinese seem to be particular targets.
    7. Someone is protecting David. He might know who that is, he might not. Certainly it might amuse The Sophia or the Unknown to burn some people this way. On the other side it might be someone in the Pentagon/Langley/Quantico who is protecting him. Might be both. You don't have to refer to this but the option is there.
    8. The American Protector is alledged to read the blog. So if the hero/villain has a history prior to 1995 then you can have them worried that he might come after them. Any hero who was a villain or a villain who became a hero might have that fear. No-one knows where the bogeyman is (Actually he is the bodyguard of Nancy Reagan and is in airforce uniform not standard secret service get up. And God help the fool who attacks the widow of America's Greatest President, they won't live I guarantee it. AND PLEASE NOTE, NOBODY KNOWS THAT HE IS DOING THIS)
    9. The team mates know that they were all harmed by the blog but they might not know specifially who each other is. Your call.

The Pro Tempore is a member of the Unholy Days, a group of low-powered villains who are themed around various holidays and special calendar events.  His (or possibly her) chosen time is Administrative Professionals' Day.  He (or possibly she) is a whiz at paperwork and bureaucracy, able to penetrate any organization to assist his (or possibly her) allies.  Pro Tempore presents as male, but is androgynous enough in appearance that many people suspect that person is actually a woman.  PT refuses to dignify any questions on the subject with a response, pointing out that biological sex is irrelevant to most office jobs.

That last bit would be extremely difficult as American Protector was out of the limelight completely by 1999 and since the teams started in 1994 the sixth version would be in the 2000 plus period.
Last confirmed sighting was New Orleans post Katrina. And he was on a tight leash. You could say that it is rumoured that he was killed by American Protector as the hero is still a formidable bogeyman to the Underworld.

    Number Eight

This martial artist was a member of the second and then the fourth through sixth teams. He was obsessed with the number 8 and so demanded to be on the team. His martial art style was the 8 fold way. He proved a good solid member even escaping when caught. Tragedy struck in the sixth incarnation when an injury resulted in him losing a finger. Since then he has gone into seclusion in order to see if he should follow a style that embraces the No 7 or whether he should get a prosthetic finger.

    Ka Pow !

This energy projecting villain served on the 3rd through 5th teams before being captured and incarcerated. His energy projection ability was akin to something you would see in some of the martial arts video games where they project their chi as energy. This is what he did forming a ball of energy before releasing it ith his resounding Ka Pow ! shout. An oriental he is not thought to have any martial arts ability per se. He prefers to disable opponents rather than kill them. He did not have any other energy power like force fields or light.

    Teeth MacaFee

This villain got their name for their outsized jaw filled with sharp teeth which were able to bite through anything. He was on the 5th team only. However despite a previously good record prior to joining things went wrong for MacaFee with his teeth becoming embedded and hard to release in a vehicle and then he got stuck in a hole in the ground. Then the 'hero' who arrested him smashed all his teeth out. He resides in prison drinking soups and smoothies as there is a restraining order on providing him with new gnashers despite a legal challenge saying that his current existence is inhumane.

    Crazy Paving

This villain was in the second team but has not been on any of the others since their arrest. Crazy's superpower is to cause a mini earthquake which can knock people to the ground. The limitation to it is that it only works on pavements and concreted areas but for some reason not on bridges or on the freeways. He was taken down by a flying hero who naturally was immune to his power.

Octagon aka Marshall Jens is a perennial member of the Crazy Eights, having served on the first, third, fifth, sixth and current eighth lineups.  His primary powers are being stronger and tougher than most normal people, which he has supplemented with combat training and a variety of gadgets (what sort of gadgets depends on the villain he's working for this month and whether they've paid him recently.)  He also has the ability to place himself in suspended animation for a day or two, most often used to escape prison.

Octagon is pretty pragmatic and sensible for someone in a group that has "crazy" in the name--he often accomplishes the actual goal while his more colorful associates distract everyone.
