  3. Re: My first Characters for Champion Oh and PS Why is the Stats considered High for Giga Girl? I wouldnt think 35 is that high. I would consider 30 a Average for needed stats. I would consider 40 a low end high stat. I could see a person having a couple 30's but only have one 40+. Not at the same time of course. I dont even consider someone to be super strong unless they have 40+. I thought 30 was the MAX for a human.
  4. Re: My first Characters for Champion I have more time just to read this. Just read it really quick before I went to work. For the Multipower Flight and Fly ability. As far as I understand it. She could still do both she just not full strength. If she fights she could barely fly. If she flies at full speed she could just do MINOR blast. On Irish yeah I neglected the skills. Giga Girl she's 16. How many skills do 16 year olds have. I have a backstory for Giga Girl but like I said she is 16 how much does she need for skills. You barely "know" anything at that age. Oh might sensai I am sorry. Please show me the errors of my ways. For Giga Girl I was thinking of someone like Human Torch but with energy instead of flames. Yes I am trying to break the habit of CoH/V when I think of powers. Which is the reason why I had Irish made. LOL Irish doesnt have that much backstory as of yet.
  5. Re: My first Characters for Champion Thaxs thats the stuff I wanted to know. These are just basic NPC's I am throwing at the heroes. They originally came from a fight club. These 2 will be reacuring characters. Pretty much these are the characters I am using to do a few things behind the scenes. Setting up stuff for the future. For the Campaign I had them make up 350 point characters with up to 100 points of disadvantages. This is exactly the kind of info I wanted. That way I can learn more. More I learn the better I can get at this.
  6. I figured I put up my first Characters I made up for my Campaign. These are brand new characters. Giga Girl is a runaway who looks in her 20's but she is only 16.   10. Learning about this now. First off how would you show atom control works and how it would be written up? Second what is the Base + Control have to deal with. I have hero Designer. So I thought I would ask. I cant seem to find the answer on Page 322 through 325. Just so you know this is how I did a Character.   18. Re: City of Heroes - Online Hero Game It took me about 3 days of doing it for my level 30. I had a nice 7 present circle going on. 200 nice presents is a lot of kliqing. By the time I was done the higher up teammates had caught up to me in Prestige. My mastermind has the level difficulty set on the second highest. Got Soldiers/Poison.

You get a Giant 120 foot tall Radioactive Dinosaur that wants to destroy. Yep you guessed it, JAPAN. It took my players forever to figure out that they couldnt fight it. There job, they thought after that was just its disasters it made and them trying to help the people. It took to the 3rd gaming session for them to figure out that it was being controled. Of course they had a fun time getting close to King Rex to disable the device which was located in each ear. It was funny for about 5 minutes they had King Rex running around in a circle.

Secret Wars, has been one of my favorite Rip Offs. I always change it around but its similar. A group of good vs a group of evil. Teleported to a war world. Each group can send 5 people through a teleporter. They have to fight for an artifact. No one can be teleported twice in a row. The Villains have 20 guys and the heroes have 20 guys. Sentinal Future Past, a group of killer robots send go through time and try to attempt to kill a Player Character. Only way to stop it. Go to the future where ALL HEROES are hunted by the world government. I didnt make mine as Dark as Chuckg. Mostly because they were there for a reason.
  21. Re: Manchine in Champions I just wanted to make them up and see how many points they came out to be. These guys in my campaign are the JLA/Avengers of there world. These are NPC's. There is no Superman, Thor, Captain America, or Batman. Pretty much Super Powers have just started to appear in the last year. Due to a hyperspace portal opening up in Earths Gravity Well. Its pretty much a year after what I do in my webcomic. The Player Characters are in the 300 point range with 100 points of disadvantages.
  22. Re: Manchine in Champions You know whats funny when I first did him he was over 3200 points. If I took out his base he would be 400 points cheaper. Making him less then 2000 points. Yes he is a JLA avengers ranked character. I have Animal Teen who is BARELY over 1000 points. He doesnt have any defenses except Spiderman level Speed. He has just a lot of powers based on animals. Including Strength thats greater then Thors (Shift X in Marvel RPG). He can grow which makes him even stronger. Even though according to the conversion Thor's Strength is higher then 70. I put Animal Teen in the 65 range. Of course when he grows he can get up to 105 Max Strength. Even though he can grow taller. Of course all his little powers add up. Webbing, Leaping, Higher DCV, Shrinking, Animal Communication, Animal Transformation, etc.
  23. Re: Manchine in Champions This was what he was in Marvel RPG. Physically he is not that powerful unless he is fighting energy. He doesnt do A LOT of damage. I took out his Focus Eye Beam. He doesnt do that unless its an absolute must.   24. Re: Manchine in Champions The only thing I didn't Follow was the body. Since I have looked at others examples and the body is the only thing that didnt add up. Plus I dont see where he is that powerful in damage. Pretty much Manchine just had a lot of abilities that helped him. At the end of the RPG (15 years of it) he was just doing the Thor type adventures.
  25. Ok I was making up my Name sakes. (I got the Hero Designer and this helped out a lot.) I was transfering him over to Champions and I got done and he ended up being A LOT OF POINTS. He is not really super tough. I was just wondering if I did something wrong or what. I remade all my other characters and they are around the 800 point marker. Some Higher some lower. Other then the Main Bad Guy Photon (He is 1300). I am transferring this from Marvel RPG. I even toned down a lot of stuff.
